Rated four stars (ranking of tourist residences), a modern house, made of wood and stone, perched on a rocky promontory overlooking Cerdagne, nestled in a granite chaos. A living room and bedrooms open to nature, with stunning views of the mountains. At the end of a path on the edge of the old granite village, the house is backed by the wooded foothills of the Carlit massif. Five ski resorts from 15 minutes to 30 minutes away. And a sulfurous water bath on the way back to the village. The space Surrounded by woods, at the foot of a mountain range, but with a south-facing view of the Cerdagne, the house offers most rooms a unique view of the Cerdagne. The large but cozy living room is divided into a fireplace lounge area, a kitchen area, and a dining area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for a few closets where we store our belongings. Other things to note A large workshop on the ground floor is used for storing skis and sports shoes. A ping pong table is available in the workshop. Firewood is available in the woodshed. The house is heated mainly by the south-facing windows. The fireplace is a useful complement. Electric heaters can supplement if the sun is not out, which is rare.
