Finikounda is a beautiful seaside resort town. Our home is built to capitalize on outdoor summer living with massive upper and lower verandas. The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern and the bedrooms have lots of closet space. The upper bedrooms have great views. Open your door and you will probably see a sailboat or a yacht docked right in the main bay. There is a TV in the main bedroom and a Smart TV in the living room. There are also three AC's for your individual preferences. The space We are about 40-50 meters from the beach. The waters in Finikounda are crystal clear and almost always calm since the town is protected by a bay and two deserted islands that are just to the south. When you stay at our property you will enjoy all the convenience of being in the center of town without the downside of all the added noise and traffic. Peace and tranquility. Accessibility and convenience. A perfect recipe for a relaxing stay. Enjoy.. Guest access The whole house is accessible and unique in this area. We designed the space as a total retreat. The verandas are very spacious and allow you to truly enjoy the outdoors. There are homes in the region that are isolated but you are very far from town and you need a car to do anything. There are other homes that are in town but the trade-off is that you have no privacy. Here you get the best of both worlds! There is a private yard and next to us there is very significant space between us and the neighbors yet you are a 1-3 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/tavernas. Registration details 00000849745
