Rustic and well-kept apartment located one and a half kilometers from the center of Guardiola de Berguedà, a starting point for excursions suitable for couples, adventurers and families with children. A good place to use as a base to visit Pedraforca, Cadí or go to the ski slopes of La Masella. A 5-minute drive from Horrorland Park Barcelona, don't miss it! The space The apartment is part of a historic building (over 100 years old) of the old miners in the area next to the Llobregat River. It retains the half-meter-thick stone walls and wooden ceilings, as well as an old renovated laundry room on the river side. We have the Llobregat River next to the building with a fishing area (under license). There is also easy access to the forest and mountain for mushroom lovers. Although it is located on the outskirts of Guardiola de Berguedà, you can walk along a comfortable path of just over a kilometer that runs next to the river. The apartment is a few minutes drive from the main attractions of the area: Molina or Masella ski slopes 20 minutes away, Rasos de Peguera (20 minutes). Villages such as Bagà (5 minutes), Castellar de n'Hug (20 minutes), La Pobla de L'Illet (10 minutes) or Berga (15 minutes). You can go to Andorra to spend the day as the border is just over half an hour away, or to France as Puigcerdà is a 20-minute drive away. For nature lovers and hikers, we are next to the Cadí-Moixero natural park and 15 minutes from the foothills of Pedraforca. Guest access The apartment has a pellet stove which provides a very warm and comfortable atmosphere from the moment the guests arrive, since the heating is activated a few hours before. It has a free parking area at the back of the building and the community has a common area with plants, benches and an old laundry next to the river.
