This old barn updated will welcome you during your weekends or for longer periods in a country setting. ⛱ Above ground pool 7m x 4m, flat bottom, 1m10 of water The space 😀 With a surface area of 125m², you will be seduced by its large equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine...) and open to the living room of 50 m², framed by its full height stone walls. It has 3 beautiful rooms with the themes "Industrie", "Couture" and "Ocean". The first two will accommodate with 160*200 beds, the last one offers 2 single beds of 90*190 and a bunk bed. All the beds are hotel-quality for your comfort. The rest of the cottage is composed of a separate toilet, a large walk-in shower and a mezzanine for quiet times (TV and home cinema, equipped children's area...). Outside, 1500m² of landscaped garden overlooking Mortagne sur Sèvre. 2 terraces of 30m² including one directly accessible from the kitchen. Charcoal barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture are available. The little ones will appreciate the children's playground with its swing and slide; for larger ones, the pétanque court is available.
