The pre-authorisation will be released by your credit card’ issuing bank automatically in 3 business days after your check out in total if the apartment is in good order and there are no minibar use. Please note: Pre-authorisation is not the same as prepayment. Prepayment is when the guest is charged in advance, pre-authorisation is just a hold on their credit card. *In all our short stay apartments and rooms smoking is not allowed, a 100 euro fine per smoking in the apartment or in any of the building areas. Please note that we comply with the local health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the EEC on smoking in public places. *When you make a reservation you are booking a apartment type (not a specific apartment). Each apartment type includes similar apartments of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different. *Starts from 01/01/2023 according Riga City Council rule number: RD-22-173-sn a municipal fee for hosting tourists in Riga is automatically added to each booking. The fee rate for each night spent by a vacationer or tourist at the accommodation place is 1 euro, but no more than 10 euros for the total stay. The fee does not apply to the stay of tourists or vacationers who have not reached the age of 18.
