However, this calendar can be advanced or remote under climate forecast and guest demand. The use of the pool is under the responsibility of major guests, in terms of safety (presence of a motorized safety shutter), and in terms of potential noise disturbances to the neighborhood. I have a neighbor with sometimes inappropriate behavior, which unfortunately leads me to discourage (and not prohibit) renting to people who have difficulty in controlling the joys (screams) of their children and teenagers..
