Sunny, vintage 1936 farmhouse in the center of a quintessential New England farm town. Maple View Farm is a homestead farm with 2 horses and chickens plus large flower and vegetable gardens and large hay fields in the back of the property. Wake up to the sounds of the rooster and step outside to pet the horses. Window A/C units in bedrooms. The space Our Farmhouse is situated on 50 acres in the center of town with a brook running through the property. We are a working homestead farm. The Farmhouse was built in 1936 and is full of vintage wallpaper and decor from the farm. There are four bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub upstairs. On the first floor is the living room (with a twin daybed), dining room, eat-in kitchen and a full bathroom with large shower. The house is situated up closer to the main road as was customary for the period. Guest access We welcome you to the first and second floor of the house. We ask you not to go in the attic or basement - we use them for storage. Outside, you are welcome to explore the farm by yourself (or let me know if you want a tour). Just be careful not to touch any fences - they are likely electric!
