In the heart of the Haut-Languedoc National Park, within the listed SIDOBRE site, and in a very quiet and secluded rural setting, come and enjoy the 1.4-hectare park and its peaceful natural surroundings. You will have at your disposal more than 220 m2 of great comfort; a spacious and friendly kitchen (more than 40 m2) equipped with very large countertops covered with the famous local GRANITE and equipped among other things with a red LACANCHE STOVE and its hood. The space 10/15 (individuals or couples) can stay in the five independent bedrooms, plus 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets, A beautiful room used as a living-dining room with a beautiful cozy fireplace and a well-lit library with more than 400 volumes for your evenings... In January 2022, the gite will have a new piano in the living room, equipped with an electronic mute system. In 2025, we set up a second gîte (GÎTE 2) of about 80 m² on the lower ground floor in order to develop several other rental options. Indeed, this COTTAGE 2 has a large multipurpose room (approx. 60 m2) that can be used as a large dining/living room OR a large room for SEMINARS and TRAINING OR a RELAXATION area OR a PHYSICAL RELAXATION and YOGA room. In addition, a guest toilet and a BEDROOM for 4 people with its own private en-suite bathroom/toilet. Cottage 2 will remain closed and inaccessible (no access to the second living room, the foosball room or the kitchenette). Cottage 2 will never be rented to other guests during your stay, guaranteeing your peace of mind in Cottage 1. Outside, enjoy the wooded park and have your meals in the shade of the bicentennial linden tree or on one of the two furnished terraces. A 5.50 m lap pool (hot tub and counter-current swimming) can be used in all seasons, as well as an electric sauna for 3/4 people. Games available: ping pong table, volleyball/badminton net with ball and racquets, Finnish bowling (MOLKKY), bocce balls, darts, etc. For swimming, there is Lac de LA RAVIEGE / La SALVETAT 1/2 hour away, BRASSAC, a picturesque and lively village with all the shops and excellent restaurants, 4 km away, CASTRES 20 minutes away, and the city of ALBI, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 1 hour away.
