In the heart of the Haut Languedoc National Park, in the classified site of SIDOBRE and in a very quiet and independent rural environment without immediate neighborhood, come and enjoy the 2 ha park and this relaxing nature. You will have at your disposal more than 220 m2 of great comfort; a spacious and friendly kitchen (more than 40 m2) equipped with very large countertops covered with the famous local GRANITE and equipped among other things with a red LACANCHE STOVE and its hood. The space 10/15 (single or couples) can stay in the five independent bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms + one and 5 toilets. A beautiful room for use as a living room, dining room with a beautiful fireplace and a well-lit library of more than 400 volumes for your evenings... In January 2022 the cottage will benefit from a new music piano inside the living room equipped with an electronic silent system. In 2025, we built a second cottage (COTTAGE 2) of about 80 m2 on the lower ground floor in order to develop several other rental formulas. Indeed, this COTTAGE 2 has a large multipurpose room (approx. 60 m2) that can be used as a large dining/living room OR large room for SEMINARS and TRAINING OR RELAXATION area OR PHYSICAL and YOGA relaxation room. In addition, a guest toilet and a BEDROOM for 4 people and its adjoining private bathroom/toilet. Outside, enjoy the wooded park and have your meals in the shade of the bicentennial linden tree or on one of the two furnished terraces. A 5.50 m swimming SPA (jacuzzi and counter-current swimming) can be used in all seasons, as well as an electric sauna for 3/4 people. Games available: ping-pong table, volleyball/badminton net with ball and rackets, Finnish bowling games (MOLKKI), petanque balls, darts, etc. For swimming, Lac de LA RAVIEGE/La SALVETAT is 1/2h away, BRASSAC is a picturesque and lively village with all shops and excellent restaurants 4 km away, CASTRES is 20' away, the city of ALBI is a UNESCO World Heritage Site 1h away. Arrow-marked mountain bike trails for all levels, fishing, hunting, mushrooms in season. 2 night minimum booking Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. Other things to note the owners are mountain biking and e-biking enthusiasts. Routes are listed and available, and bikes can be parked in large cellars with charging sockets and small tools.
