A minute to bus stop with so much amenities you can enjoy around the area. Most are just walking distance away to gym, malls, market, factory outlet, parks, pools, restaurants, etc. that you would definitely enjoy! The space We are very close to Vaughn area where there’s lots of places and amenities that you can go to, like to Vaughn Mills Factory Outlet Mall, Toronto Pearson Airport, and Canada Wonderland that is only 10 minutes away from home by car plus so much more of the playgrounds, restaurants and malls. There is also a mall closeby which only takes 5 minutes to walk from home. During summer, you can go walking or running around the area or to the ravine. There is a community centre just 1 block away (5minutes walk) where you can play basketball, swimming, gym exercises, etc. During winter, you can also do tobogganing just in front of the house where there is a slight elevated hill and kids love to play. Or you can do ice skating free of charge anytime at the community centre too, with your own skate shoes or you can rent the shoes. Guest access Guests can access the living room, where you can relax and watch tv/movies; kitchen and dining room, where you can either prepare your own food and eat (but with safety precautions, otherwise you will pay any damaged stuffs/appliances); and laundry room where you can do your laundry on the weekends, (but only for long duration of stay for atleast minimum of 1 month stay). During your stay I am always available to interact with guest as long as I am at home, but they can even reach me through phone/text message anytime. Or they can also interact with my kids too when they’re home.
