Simply stroll right out of your door into the heart of the excellent shops, restaurants and playhouses of "Lil' Nashville" Iris Garden "SWEET SUITE" in Heart of the village The Iris Garden's "Sweet Suite" is quaint, cute and rests comfortably in the heart of the village of Nashville. Simply exit your door and begin exploring the wonderful shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries without having to drive. The Sweet Suite has a bay window overlooking the Brown County Indiana Historical Society's oldest log cabins and structures in the area. A beautiful view, whether you vacation in spring, summer, fall or winter. The Sweet Suite accommodates up to 4 guests. Sweet Suite is a lodging unit with it's own private entrance. Your Hosts at the Iris Garden are Matt, Amy, Josie and Tanner Gray. They are the epitome of a privately owned and operated lodging establishment. The business phones are forwarded to their cell phones every night "just in case one of the Guests happens to need something after hours." Matt and Amy moved with their children, Josie and Tanner, from Pensacola Florida to Brown County in 2003 and have all been in love with it every since. They joke "We believe that Southern Hospitality feels right at home in Southern Indiana!" When asked what they enjoy the most about their business, they (without hesitation) say "It's our Guests! We have the best job in the world. We get to make new friends every day and we are so very humbled that they come again and again with their smiling faces to stay with us here at The Iris Garden." Matt summarizes it all with the statement, "It's not gold that makes you wealthy.... it's your friends." In January of 2024, Matt and Amy's daughter Josie took over the role of owner to follow in her parents' footsteps, carrying on the Southern Hospitality the Gray family knows so well. All of the Iris Garden's lodging units are quaint, cute and rest comfortably in the heart of the village of Nashville. Simply exit your door and begin exploring the wonderful shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries without having to drive. Park your car and you won't need to start it again until you are ready to head home or go exploring in the "Hills O' Brown". -The $99 Base rate is a mid-week rate. -Weekend (Friday or Saturday) Base Rate is $164. - The Holidays and Fall Season (late September -October- and some of November) Mid-week rate is $160 and Week-end rate is $184. - Extra Guests (after the first 2 Guests) are $15 Per Person Per Night - state and local taxes 12%.
