Renovated house of 140 m2 located in a quiet and wooded area north of Pau, 10 minutes from the city center. The house sleeps between 6 and 8 people and is ideal for one or two families with children. Ideally located to discover the region, 1 hour from the sea or the mountains. The house is functional, spacious, bright and comfortable. The space You will have the opportunity to park on the street (very quiet neighborhood) or inside for one car (passage through the gate a little narrow 2.6 m) On the ground floor there is an entrance, a large living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed of 140. Upstairs you will find 2 children's bedrooms with 2 90 cm trundle beds and a 80 cm or 160 cm sofa bed of your choice, an adult bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Guest access All rooms are accessible except the office. In addition, when we receive 4 people in the house we close either bedroom 1 on the ground floor or bedroom 4 upstairs (see photos). Other things to note At the end of the stay, you will have to return the premises in the condition in which you found them. A deposit of €75 will be required upon arrival. Cleaning must be done unless you have paid a cleaning fee of €75 An inventory of the premises will be carried out with the owner or their representative. We can provide children's equipment on request: baby bed, high chair on request, safety barriers. Also outdoor games: ping pong, badminton, archery, balloons, etc. We do not provide sheets, towels and other linens.
