We have a parking space available but there is no need for one, as we are very close to everything. We rarely Uber anywhere but they are plentiful. Guests have access to all parts of the condo and property. Gorgeous, two story gym. Rooftop pool has a bar with bartender during the days. Must be respectful of others at all times. We strongly prefer guests that will treat our home as their home. 6 guest maximum. Building has firm policy of no guest pets. No smoking. Other things to note ⚠️ Important Notice – Rooftop Closure (June 9 to Sept 15, 2025) ⚠️ Please note that from June 9 to Sept 15 2025 (approximately), the rooftop common area—including the pool, jacuzzi, bar, and lounge—will be completely closed due to essential and urgent building maintenance scheduled by the condominium administration. This is a building-wide project and is entirely outside our control, but we want to ensure our guests are fully informed before booking. 🛎️ What You Need to Know: The closure only affects the rooftop area—all other parts of the unit and building remain fully accessible. Listing prices have been discounted during this period to reflect the temporary unavailability of rooftop amenities. You’ll still enjoy the same beautiful accommodations, a prime location in the heart of the Romantic Zone, and our full concierge and support services. We’re also happy to help share information and coordinate beach club access near Los Muertos Beach for you to enjoy during your stay. We sincerely apologize for this temporary inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding.
