Villa Ohana has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It enjoys expansive views of the Pacific ocean, breaking surf, blowholes and volcanic mountains in the distance from all bedrooms and living areas. The property directly adjoins the coast, with access to the beach & surf break via a path that meanders through Villa Ohana’s mature tropical gardens. Fast wifi and all mod-cons that would be expected from a property of this calibre. The space The oceanview master bedroom features a king size bed, the second bedroom features a queen size bed, the third bedroom features two twin beds and a trundle bed. Bedroom 4, located away from the main house beside the swimming pool, offers unbeatable closeness to the ocean and surf. All bedrooms open up to the mature tropical gardens and have AC, ceiling fans and their own bathrooms. The villa will comfortably accommodate eight guests, with 6 in the main house and 2 in the pool room. The media room could be used instead of pool room BR4 if preferred. Floor to ceiling bifold doors (Nana doors) surround the ornate red brick vaulted ceiling living room. Outdoor and indoor living spaces fuse, with the prevailing north easterly breeze and sounds of the sea channel through. The dining room features an exquisite granite slab table with seating for eight. Tastefully decorated Villa Ohana was designed from the ground up to make the most of the incredible views all around. All bedrooms have ocean views. Well appointed living areas are ideally situated to watch the sunrises, sunsets & surf. Catching the prevailing winds and providing deep shade the extensive covered balcony provides the perfect respite from the hot Nicaraguan sun. Lush mature landscaping adds to the privacy and serenity that Ohana offers. RANCHO SANTANA Rancho Santana itself is a 2,700 acre gated community. It has many amenities including its award winning ‘La Finca y El Mar’ restaurant just minutes from Villa Ohana. Additional eating out options include ‘El Cafe’ (2 minutes walk from Villa Ohana), ‘La Boquita’ at the spectacularly beautiful Playa Rosada (a 3 minute drive) and the ‘La Taquería’ at playa Los Perros (6 minute drive). There is also a kids center with enthusiastic & responsible group leaders. Kids activities include monkey scouting, sandboarding down dunes, horseback riding and surfing. Guest access ***NON-MANDATORY RESORT FEE 2023*** Starting January 2023 Rancho Santana Resort Administration are requiring that guests who wish to use the Rancho Santana amenities (beyond eating at the main restaurant) pay a resort fee of $17.25/person/day. This fee is assessed for each group's total headcount for the entire duration of stay. The resort will email guests prior to arrival offering these additional services and provide payment details in the event guests wish to take up the offer.
