Beautiful house on Pau Grande Beach between Iriri and Piúma

Enjoy a piece of paradise in a safe, cool and cozy house with a delightful garden just a few meters from the sea. Our space is equipped with everything we need and cleaning is guaranteed. It accommodates 8 people, being ideal for couples or families with children. We are in a walled and screened space, a garden full of grass and trees, and we receive visits from birds, monkeys, and several others. From our street we can see the beach, which is very close. The space We are in a very green area, surrounded by Atlantic Forest, and the streets of our Portinho neighborhood are on a hill. From the front of the house gate, we can see the sea of the bucolic and native Pau Grande beach. On the covered balcony, there is room for one car, with one or two more fitting in the garden. The house is surrounded by balconies with hammocks and comfortable garden furniture, a delight for chatting and relaxing. The house has a large living room with sofa bed, L-shaped, television and dining table, two bedrooms, one suite with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, with good mattresses, plus the possibility of two more support beds and two mattresses. Our kitchen is American and fully equipped, social bathroom, as well as an outdoor service area with a sink, covered and external clothesline. Everything for a perfect stay! Guest access Guests have access to all areas and amenities described in the listing, without time restrictions, throughout the stay. Other things to note Minimum stay: 3 nights during the year. 5 nights in January. 5 nights during Carnival. The capacity of the house is for 6 people, maximum 8. We ask guests to bring their own bed and bath linens. Our pillows and mattresses have covers that are washed and sanitized for each stay. We provide blankets and bedspreads. Parties or events are not allowed during the stay. We accept up to two small pets, with the necessary hygiene precautions and care so that they do not damage doors, furniture, pillows, etc. We have many plants, which need to be watered every two days in the summer. If guests do not want to water them, I or our collaborator will do so with the utmost discretion. In the neighborhood, we have three grocery stores, a health center, bakery, churches, etc. On the beach, there are five kiosks. In Piúma and Iriri, there are banks, supermarkets, fishmongers, restaurants, bars and commerce in general. Punjantes in the summer. We kindly ask guests not to play loud music in the cars and in the house. Camping tents are not allowed. Cigarette butts should be put out in water and thrown in the trash.
