Beautiful house on Pau Grande Beach between Iriri and Piúma

Enjoy a piece of paradise in a safe, cool and cozy house with a delicious garden just a few feet from the sea. Our space is equipped with everything we need and cleaning is guaranteed. It accommodates 8 people, and is ideal for couples or families with children. We are in a walled and screened space, garden all lawn and wooded, and we received visits from birds, monkeys, and several others. From our street, we can see the beach, which is very close. The space We are in a very green area, surrounded by Atlantic Forest and the streets of our Portinho neighborhood are on a hill. From the front of the house gate, we can see the sea from the bucolic and native Pau Grande beach. On the covered balcony, there is room for one car, fitting one or two more in the garden. The house is surrounded by balconies with hammocks and comfortable garden furniture, a delight to chat out and relax. The house has a large living room with a sofa bed, in an L shape, a television and a dining table, two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, with good mattresses, in addition to the possibility of two more support beds and two mattresses. Our kitchen is American and all equipped, social bathroom, as well as an outdoor service area with a tank, covered and external clothes. All for a perfect stay! Guest access Guests have access to all areas and amenities described in the listing, without time restrictions, throughout their stay. Other things to note Minimum stay: 3 nights throughout the year. 5 nights in January. 5 nights at Carnival. The capacity of the house is for 6 people, maximum 8. Guests are asked to bring their bed and bath linens. Our pillows and mattresses have covers washed and sanitized every stay. We provide covers and covers beds. Parties or events are not allowed during the stay. We accept up to two small pets, with proper hygiene and care precautions not to damage doors, furniture, pillows, etc... We have many plants, which need to be wet, every other day, in the summer. If guests do not want to get wet, I or our collaborator will do so in the utmost discretion.
