LARGE, TIMELESS LAKE HOUSE with 85 feet of pristine Okanagan Lake WATERFRONT tucked away off of breathtaking Westside Road (watch for deer & big horn sheep). Stay here and you'll relax and rejuvenate by the lake with friends and family on the oversized decks & beautiful yard at the lake with your own dock, boat buoy, diving board & cozy fire pit. A 15 minute drive (or boat ride) takes you to downtown Kelowna, world-renowned wineries & golf, 30 minutes from Kelowna Airport & 1 hour to Big White. The space This classic & bright 5 bedroom/5 bathroom lake house is nestled in a warm water bay of lakefront homes and equipped with all the luxuries of a hotel - Nespresso (Vertuo), high speed wifi, hotel white linens & radiant heat floors in all bathrooms. Enjoy meals and good company on the two massive decks while you take in stunning sunrises & lake views for days. The open concept main floor boasts a chef's kitchen, dining room with seating for 10, vaulted great room for gathering with gas fireplace and 2 sets of french doors to outside living with more room to lounge and dine, or have a board game siesta. The Master bedroom on the main floor has its own large ensuite, walk in closet (with room for a crib or playpen), and french doors to the patio. Two more large bedrooms with their own ensuites comprise the upstairs level. Downstairs you will find a suite with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, separate laundry, bathroom and living area complete with big screen TV, fireplace, kids toys & games and a foosball table. The log cabin boathouse by the lake has a futon, counter space and a fridge to keep your beach food and drinks cold, as well as floaties, soccer and fishing nets, bocce, volleyball nets and more yard toys! After enjoying a day lounging on the dock, playing on the water, or visiting local wineries or golf courses, enjoy dinner on the deck and finish the evening around the fire by the lake! Other things to note QUIET TIMES ARE 10PM-7AM - NO LOUD PARTIES. THIS IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY COMMUNITY. Minimum age of primary renter is 35 years. Best suited for 2-4 families with children or a respectful group of family or friends looking to relax and enjoy lake life. For larger groups a mix of adults and children is most comfortable.
