Magical Memories on the Bras d'Or

Make memories at the Magical Beach House in Cape Dauphin, in the Heart of the Cape. On the beach with a surround deck overlooking the Bras d'Or Lakes where you can watch sailboats, lobster boats and wild life and enjoy sea breezes with the smell of the saltwater. Did I mention that the beach is a stone throw away. Private yet a short drive to all the Island has to offer. We promise it will not disappoint. Peaceful and serene. The space Spacious and bright contemporary space with high ceilings and many large windows with spectacular views. The main level boasts new modern kitchen and open concept living area, full bath, water/dryer and bedroom with queen size bed. The kitchen has stylish custom maple cabinets and maple hardwood flooring throughout main level and ceramic tile in the bathroom. A custom maple staircase takes you to large loft style second level which has skylights. There are two queen size beds, ensuite full bathroom and large walk in closet. The upper level is engineered wood floor and ceramic tile in the bathroom. To bring the outdoors in there is a "screened in" living space which can be used to relax or dine. Outdoors there is a large wrap around deck with modern style glass rails. Other things to note We offer large discount for 28 nights or longer stays and will do our best to accommodate. Great place to self isolate! The beach house is an ideal place to get close to nature and work for an extended stay. We have many unique cottages all within walking distance which is ideal if your wanting to coordinate friends and family to be staying in the same area and have separate places during this pandemic. We do allow pets but they have to approved by Host and we have a pet fee of $75.00 per pet per stay. Max of 2 pets. Pets not allowed in beds or on furniture and must be crated if left alone. We have wifi and there is a TV but no cable or satellite. We do not allow large gathering or parties. This quiet private space close to nature. We are on a shallow well the water is great for cooking and bathing however we suggest bringing drinking water. The home is a two level of finished space.
