Additionally, a new replacement deck has been completed. There are TVs in BR, LR, and Kitchen. The house sits on a 10 acre pecan farm. Walking and biking available. The space The guest room has an adjoining bathroom which both are off the back of the living room with screened in porch easily accessable. Guests have control of their own heat/air thermostat. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. Space in the refrigerator can be made available upon request. Ice and cold water can be dispensed from refrigerator by guest. Other things to note Plenty of convenient country parking even if you're moving with a truck. Area quiet and safe.
