Private Hot Tub King Bed A Review My family really enjoyed our stay at Jeff's condo. Everything in it was top-notch and exceeded our expectations - location and surroundings (balcony view was very tranquil), furnishings, decor and design, appliances and well stocked kitchen and I can go on and on. The place felt brand-new and fresh *Private Hot Tub *Great Views *Fireplace (electric) *Full Kitchen *Fast WIFI *Smart TV / Netflix *A/C *Coffee *17 Miles to Crystal Mountain *14 miles to Traverse City The space Our place features 1 bedroom with a KING SIZE bed & a queen size sleeper sofa. Along with Private Hot Tub, private laundry, complete kitchen with microwave, bathroom with full size tub, air conditioning, outside patio area over looking a Private Lake, 55 inch SMART TV with Netflix, and 80+Mbps ULTRA FAST WIFI. Our stay at the Bradford felt like a home away from home. From style to amenities to cleanliness and everything in between, it was perfect. This will be our go to place for Crystal Mountain ski trips for years to come! Pamela In our current times you will find reassuring we go to great lengths to make sure the place is cleaned properly and that on very frequent occasions between guests we perform a Ozone treatment on the place for that extra step to be safe and clean. Ozone is amazing, with the SARS virus scientist discovered that Ozone treatments kill 99.8% of Virus's. Also the entrance to the place is from outside NO inside hallways to walk down. The things you will LOVE about The Bradford #1 FAST WIFI 80+ Mbps #2 Location, The Bradford Is located RIGHT OFF of US 31, just 1/2 mile from the traffic light in Interlochen. #3 Self check in we have a keypad lock no keys required for entry. #4 Newly remodeled, modern design #5 The unit is AIR CONDITIONED for those warm summer days. #6 Nice outside deck area with table and chairs overlooking our Private Lake Here are some THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting. #1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our condo or on our property at any time during your stay. #2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so there will be neighbor noise at times. #3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay. #4 We have a Smart TV with no cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options. Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place! The Bradford is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region. The Bradford features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as MICROWAVE, POTS & PANS, COFFEE MAKER, TOASTER, BLENDER, SLOW COOKER and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal and Coffee, Creamer & Sugar. This is a 1 BEDROOM unit with a KING SIZE bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” SMART TV, 100+ Mbps WIFI . The bathroom has a FULL SIZE TUB/shower, HAIR DRYER, IRON & BOARD and we also have a WASHER & DRYER to take care of your laundry needs. Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts, we highly recommend you do a search, just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area. *Attending a special event and you know others in need of lodging, we have several other places, inquire for the other listings and availability. Guest access Everything in the Condo, outside private patio area with table and chairs and a place to walk down to the lake and watch the numerous birds fly in. Other things to note No keys required for entry into our place, with have a key pad with a security code. Which equals no hassles with trying to track down keys.
