The space This sunny, open-plan Catskills cabin features a spacious kitchen and dining area flowing into a cozy living room with a wood stove—perfect for gathering. Large windows and sliding glass doors fill the space with light and open to a mountain-view deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered, screened-in porch with the same stunning views. Two peaceful bedrooms and a full bath sit at the back of the house. The walkout basement (unfinished but functional) includes a second full bath. Fast cable internet and strong Wi Fi make working from home a breeze. Ideally located less than 10 minutes from Belleayre Mountain and close to Hunter and Windham for year-round outdoor adventures. Explore the charming towns of Margaretville, Andes, Phoenicia, and Woodstock—known for their great restaurants, vintage shops, galleries, and small-town charm. Other things to note The cabin sits atop a hill at the end of a gravel driveway. My front-wheel drive sedan handles it well, even after light snow, and the driveway is professionally plowed during heavier snowfall. Please note that the cabin is being gradually renovated—some rooms are more updated than others. For your safety, we have exterior security cameras monitoring the driveway and entrances. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
