It is only 0.5 miles from the beach, you can walk down our street directly to the sand! We are within walking distance to Trader Joe's, Vons, numerous bars, and some of our favorite restaurants. This home features an open floor plan with full kitchen, separate bedroom with the most comfortable Queen sized bed and luxurious bedding, beautiful *heated* bathroom with stand-up shower, full access to the backyard with BBQ grill, also with AC and heating! One of my favorite features of the unit is being able to step through the French Doors opening into the backyard. It's so lovely to sit out there on the patio furniture to experience the peace and tranquility of staying so close to the beach!
