I know it may be long and a lot of pictures, but I want to make sure my guess know exactly what they're getting. An Oasis of Serinity Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a beautiful living room with a 20 ft vaulted ceiling with a nice flowing open floor plan. Beautifully designed living room with luxurious leather furniture.  Next to the family room is the breakfast room. Seating for 4. There you will have access to the side patio . Through the archway you enter the full-size well stocked kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with induction stove ,full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, kurig & 8 coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, spice rack,full set pots and pans, dishes and silverware for 12 and more. Also we have unbreakable hard plastic dishes and cups for the children and for outdoor use as well. From there you will head into the gorgeous formal dining room with a seating for 8. Dine in grand traditional style. A beautiful place for a nice family dinner. After having a nice dinner, head into the family room to watch movies with dvr, stream or watch sports on the 65 in 4k smart TV. with very high speed internet 940 mbps The leather furniture in this room all reclines.    Through the French doors you will be entering the resort-style backyard with lush greenery that gives the property privacy.   Backyard is equipped with New Tuff Spa Hot tub (May 2022) .outdoor solar shower, three large 11 ft. Cantilever 360° Rotation Tilt Umbrellas, 3 outdoor dining tables with seating for 14 with 9-foot umbrellas, BBQ grill, fire pit, relax with the full size 86" sectional day bed. Chaise lounges with a swing /day bed hammock All designed for the resort-style backyard feel. Swimming pool is 3 1/2 ft in the shallow and 8 ft in the deep end. diving board removed due to safety reasons. pool has depth markers and hand and ladder rails with light colored steps, bench and 8' deep area. there is a side patio area that comes out to the pool area that is fenced and gated in. also available are an assortment of pool floats. sorry **POOL IS NOT HEATED** Now for the upstairs where you will find four bedrooms and two full baths.     Entering the master bedroom you will be greeted by luxurious high-end furniture. Travertine tile floor.King size bed with foot stool, large nightstand with marble top, beautiful large dresser with marble top, electric fireplace,and for those nights or days you just want to watch TV a 65in 4K smart TV. Large walk-in closet.    The best part of this room is the amazing en-suite bathroom. Travertine tile floor, two large pedestal sinks, luxurious custom high end dual shower heads with travertine tile.    The best part of this bathroom is the Japanese spa/jacuzzi soaking tub. This will sure to be a relaxing place.    Bedroom #2 is none the less impressive.   Beautiful high-end queen bed, nightstand with marble top, large dresser with marble top. 50in 4K smart TV.   Bedroom #3.  Inviting comfortable queen bed nightstand and dresser. Bedroom #4.  has a sofachaise lounge that converts to bed. This room also has the hutch desk work area. There's a full-size second bathroom upstairs with travertine tile shower/bathtub. Laundry room is downstairs. With full size washer and dryer. Essentials that are supplied are: laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, makeup remover towels, toilet paper, paper towels, extra towels, sheets and blankets. Iron, ironing board ,hangers. Cleaning supplies.     I'm sure you will get the wow effect and love this place as much as I do.    Design for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.this Guest access guest will have access to the house and backyard. guest will not have access to the the area posted on side of house this area will be off limits to guests.signs are posted. Garage will be unavailable as it's used for storage at this time. car covers can be provided for you to use with notice. will also have sun shades for your car available sorry but the fireplace downstairs is not to be used. From the more than 25 restaurants within a 3 miles radius. Shopping at the Arrowhead town center Mall with over 180 stores and 15 fast food restaurants is 2.2 miles away. WALLMART TARGET, 3 Grocery stores, many retail shops and large chain stores all within 1 to 3 miles from the house. 10+gas station within 2.5 miles and 10+ banks or ATM within 2 miles from the house. A nice park is a 5 min walk from the house in a great safe neighborhood. This park has a playground with slides, bbq grills, ramada, volleyball courts, basketball court and work out area. If your wanting to go to a sports venue, you have the Peoria Sports Complex that is located in the heart of Peoria's P83 Entertainment District. The city's crown jewel facility is shared by the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. just 2.5 miles away. Head down the 101 south to Camelback ranch for more Spring training baseball just 13 miles.home of LA Dodgers and Chicago White Sox. Near there is the state farm stadium ( university of Phoenix stadium).
