The home is well situated to enjoy the trade winds poolside. Rapid access to the Leeward channel and open ocean is an attribute for the adventure or athletic minded guest. 3,500 square feet with A/C, additional 1500 square feet under roof (courtyard walkway, gazebos, patio). Cotton House is solar powered ! Other sustainability measures include a drinking water purification system, recycling through TCI Waste and Recycling, onsite composting, grey water recycling system, LED lighting, and plant based cleaning products. We offer local culture and eco-system education within our home library, promote local artists on our walls, and partner with local boat tour operator Caicos Catalyst for charters. *We have 2 resident rescue cats that frequent the courtyard. Please advise if anyone in the party has allergies. • Maximum of 8 guests (6 adults + 2 kids) • Bed Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - CA King bed + Ensuite Toilet, shower, single sink vanity, both shower and tub with handheld shower. - Bedroom 2 - 2 Twins or King bed + Ensuite: Toilet, shower (this bathroom is accessible by media room). - Bedroom 3 - CA King bed + (sharing ensuite with Bedroom 4): Toilet, deep tub, shower, enclosed toilet for privacy. Dual vanity sink. - Bedroom 4 - Queen bed (sharing ensuite with Bedroom 3). Entry Powder Room Toilet and sink. A few closets containing owner's belongings may be locked. Other things to note Our property comprises of 3 separate and private buildings allowing you for full privacy with your family or group during your stay. -The main 4 Bedroom rental villa with 2 pools and 2 parking spaces is all yours and not accessible to anybody else. - This house can be turned into a 3 Bedroom house by locking out one of the rooms. In the same way, we can also turn into a 5 bedroom by giving you access to our brand new master loft. Just ask us about the options. -The separate guest house (with tenants) and the garage with loft have their own space and parking spots. You will rarely see them. - We have a charter boat at our dock. Please let us know if you wish to secure a charter during your stay. The Crew will access the dock and boat through a separate and dedicated access that doesn't impede on your privacy.
