Bamboo Haus - Farm Haus on Lake Dunlap

Bamboo Haus, a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom that sleeps up to 10 guests. Located on an acre of heavily treed property with more than 200 feet of water frontage on Lake Dunlap. The views of the waterfront are wonderful from the bedrooms, living room and the screened porch. There is a fireplace in the living room. The patio is shaded by a large pecan tree and outdoor furniture. The Lake is full and gorgeous! There is a pool/ hot tub at the complex up the hill available for you to swim and relax. The space Bamboo has a full kitchen complete with utensils, appliances and breakfast table. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Linens and towels are provided. Wifi & Satellite TV. Small Children's playground with merry-go-round, grills and fire pits, and community hot tub next to the pool by the tree houses. It's from 2 to 4 miles to tubing, Schlitterbahn, Shops, Restaurants, Gruene, and much more. Guest access The house is a private space, not shared with us or other guests. The water front is shared with other guests on the property. There is also a shared pool/ hut tub up the hill by the tree houses. Other things to note Must be 21 years or older to book this property. Pet Policy: We accept mainly small dogs that are are less than 25 lbs. You must have previous approval from us. There is a $50 pet fee per dog. Absolutely, we do not accept more than two (2) dogs per house & they must be housebroken, licensed, vaccinated, well behaved, non-aggressive, and pest free! Guests agree to clean up feces after their dog. Dogs must be crated while left alone on premises. Guests agree to pay any damages caused by dogs. No dogs on furniture or beds.
