The Alaska Garden Paradise is a 384 square foot Studio apartment located in a private home in the Lakloey Hill area. There is a Private Entrance on the side and the room is soundproofed from the rest of the house. The space The room faces east so the morning sun warms the courtyard making it ideal for having coffee and refreshments. Guest access The courtyard is exclusive to the room. No one else will intrude. The upper deck has the hot tub and all we need is your schedule of using it so we don't intrude. Other things to note A heavenly comfortable bed... made up with luxurious sheets. Only 10 minutes from downtown Fairbanks, close to FT Wainwright, Eielson AFB and on the way to Chena Hot Springs... yet private with access to a private garden in summer and hot tub for aurora/northern lights viewing in winter and not light bleed from town.
