Welcome to our lovely little cottage directly across the road from sandy Howdenvale Beach on the shores of Lake Huron. Relax on the deck overlooking the lake and enjoy the sunshine in this cute cottage. This place is perfect for families with small children or couples that simply want to get away. Lots of fun to be had by all. Enjoy! The space The large bright living room contains a sofa, two chairs, an HDTV, DVD, and board games. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach located directly across the street. Walk across the road to the park/beach to enjoy beautiful sunrises in the morning and relax in front of the fire pit at night. The cottage has a modern galley kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cupboard and counter space. The cottage has a four-piece bathroom with both shower and a soaker tub. There are also full laundry facilities available for your convenience. The cottage has all items except linens and towels. You will need to bring linens, towels including dish towels as well as paper products and drinking water is recommended. This cottage runs off of natural well water and sometimes has a sulphuric odour. This is a known fact about well water. Please note that it is safe to use (bath, shower, etc.) but not to drink. Seven people only including children. Small warm beach and park across the road, and Sauble Beach is only 15 minutes away. St. Jeans Conservation Point, around the corner, is a wonderful place to hike, enjoy the variety of wildflowers and the sunsets on the beautiful shores of Lake Huron. Great area for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating. The public dock to launch your boat is only 2 minutes away and is a great spot for fishing as well - very kid-friendly.
