Just 1/2 block from private Silver Lake access with sandy beach, Floridale Association outdoor pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, clubhouse and all the Silver Lake attractions close by. Cottage is fully furnished with a/c, grill and fire pit. Main floor bedroom has a queen bed. 2 upstairs bedrooms, 1 with queen & full, 1 with bunks, twin-over-full. NOTE: renter is responsible to bring bed linens and towels. Owner provides mattress pads, pillows, blankets and spreads. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum stay. Check in after 4:00 p.m., check out promptly by 10:00 a.m. Half down and signed contract holds your reservation.
