The Address is 152 Regatta Island Club House 94. We purchased this home to use personally and rent out to those looking to have a great time. We have loved coming here over the years and look forward to more great memories. Top rule is to have fun. Only other rules are to clean up and if you mess something up, man up and let us know. House has 3 BD, 2 BA, sleep 10. We welcome all types of get-away (weekend or weeklong) just have a great time. Bugs are part of the Island as is sometimes lower water pressure (never low enough not to shower but someone complained once so I wanted to include it here) and crowds. I also cannot control the weather, bugs or other people. There is space to 2 cars in the driveway. You can also rent golf carts directly from the Island Club or one of the many other companies on the island. We can also choose to get around by van taxi for $3 per person each way anywhere on the island. We are available via mobile phone or e-mail for any questions that might arise. If something is needed you do not see please let us know. We should be able to make that available to you during your stay. Keep your larger groups together in one home instead of splitting them up in hotel rooms. Full kitchen and grill area allows you to make anything you want to eat instead of always eating at restaurants. Private pool for Island Club vacationers. You can bring your own food and drink to this pool and have a great time. Weekends are very popular at Put-In-Bay but during the week can be more fun as it slows down and empties out some. You can go to parks, caves, golf course, wineries etc. all on the island. Cedar point is a short 20min drive away with the best amusement park in the world in addition to a world class water park Island club vans can be at the home in 5 minutes and it only costs $3 per person to get to the strip. Golf carts are available to rent through multiple sources and can be rented by the day all the way up to by the week. If you wanted to walk to the strip it would take about 15 minutes. House has space to park 2 cars. Vomit that is not cleaned up completely will result in $100 being kept from the deposit. Please if this happens, and it does a lot. Clean it up and wipe it down. For example - Do not just put sheets/blanket/towels in the wash and/or dryer. Doing this leaves vomit in our appliances and you will be charged $150 for that cleaning. Deposits/portions of will be kept it house is not cleaned upon check out. Garbage must be taken out, dishes cleaned, messes swept etc. if this is not done a portion or all of the deposit will be kept for cleaning services. Dogs are welcome with prior notice. PLEASE HELP US AND KEEP THE DOGS OFF THE FURNATURE. There will be a $20 charge per night per dog capped at $50/stay per dog and an additional $200 deposit. This deposit should be sent via AirBnB, or another service and will be refunded immediately upon cleaning inspection.
