This home has many amenities! Mentioning a few, it has granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, stain glass skylight, hardwood floors, balcony, recessed lighting and custom blinds. The home is perfect for relaxing and/or entertaining. Guest access Our entire greystone home! Other things to note Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know: 1. What brings you into town? 2. How many people will be staying at the home? 3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many? Not a party house! Strict rules against any parties or any smoking in the home. If you are looking to party this is not the home for you! We do have two RING cameras. One at the front and the back entrance. Do not block the cameras. Fireplaces are just for show, NON-functioning We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM. We do not have keys or access to our mailbox. We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras $250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply.
