A fisherman’s paradise as well as a wildlife haven :) Wake up to the breathtaking views of swans gracefully gliding along the shoreline while you drink your coffee on your own private balcony patio. Spend the days fishing, sunbathing, hiking, cycling. Visit wineries and breweries a short drive away. Walk the Millennium trail minutes away. The Bay of Quinte is weedy so not recommended for swimming. The space A Fisherman’s Paradise! Spectacular views from inside your newly renovated upstairs waterfront apartment getaway. This space offers sleeping for 4 people. This location offers your own private entrance, 2 full bedrooms equipped with queen beds. Additionally there is a pull out couch. This location offers a full bath including bathtub, shower, sink and toilet and a second washroom has a toilet and a sink. Outside, you have a spacious yard, with your own fire pit (we have lots of firewood so no need to bring any) and BBQ. Bay of Quinte is known for great fishing! You can sit on your balcony and watch the military planes fly over the lake! It is truly beautiful :) We offer FREE use of our 4 kayaks and a paddle boat (in the summer) and your own private dock. Please bring your own life jacket as we can no guarantee we have your size. The Bay of Quinte is known to be weedy so not recommended for swimming. We live on the property but give you your full privacy :) ** There are stairs to your apartment as seen in the photos ** Smoking is only permitted outside. There are security cameras at each entrance. Guest access Waterfront and yard, Dock, Patio, Fire Pit, Drive way. Other things to note Host lives in main building of the home. You have your own entrance to your apartment on the top level. Private entrance. BBQ, Fire pit and wood included.
