My home instantly becomes your home the minute you walk in the door! Only a few short blocks from the heart of downtown, the home is conveniently located near shops, museums, Parkview Stadium, and more; while being far enough away to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet! The space Whether you're here on business or for pleasure, you will find comfort, safety, and stability in my home, along with a touch of class and elegance! Guest access While staying here, you will most certainly have the privacy of your own bedroom however, I insist that you make yourself at home and take advantage of all the splendid rooms in this historic mini mansion! During the warmer months, you can access the front porch and sit on the swing while watching the cars go by, have a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the side porch/garden area, or sun tan out on the back deck! If you would like to cook yourself some dinner, you may dine in the formal dining room or eat your meal right there in the eat-in kitchen. The home has two full bathrooms, the main floor bathroom has been completely remodeled and modernized and I am in the process of fully renovating the upstairs bathroom which you will have all to yourself during your stay. While I don't include breakfast with your stay, I try to provide my guests with basic snacks, eggs, oj, and some type of bagel/muffins, etc for your morning commute! Take advantage of the coffee station or have some tea as well! I am very easy going and I want you to be as comfortable as possible during your stay! If you're unsure about anything at all, please don't hesitate to ask! During your stay I live in the home regularly and work a lot from home however, I respect your privacy. Your satisfaction is my #1 priority! I love meeting new people and making friends so if you want to hang out and socialize, no problem! If you want to be left alone and keep to yourself, that's not a problem either! ;) Other things to note I DO have a pig er...PUG who lives here. Her name is Miss Punkin Pie! She is the most adorable little thing ever and she is VERY well mannered! I clean the house religiously so dog hair is kept to a minimum around here. She is very loving but I understand that not everyone is an animal person. If you have concerns with her before you decide to stay, please let me know. I will try to accommodate!
