Unwind in our newest beautiful tiny Cabin located in the Smoky Mountains of Flag Pond, TN. Remotely located yet right off I26 & only 30 minutes away from downtown Asheville, NC AND Johnson City, TN for great food, breweries & nightlife. We cater to outdoor enthusiast who enjoy hiking, waterfalls, whitewater rafting/tubing, zip lining, fishing & exploring nature! OR JUST relax and enjoy your privat hot tub or build a bonfire with your favorite tunes and beverage. The space No shared spaces! We are in a very secluded area.. tucked in and surrounded by mountain's with a bold stream running the full length of our property. PLEASE NOTE .... My husband and I are not able to climb the ladder and make the bed in the loft. We will provide you with all the bed linens you need to make the bed on your own if you would prefer the king. If you choose this option I will also deduct $5 from your cleaning fee. Please let me know atleast a week prior to your arrival. Otherwise the full bed on the main level will be made for you. We ONLY provide bed linens for ONE bed. If you are cold natured, please pack yourself a blanket. With the number of rentals i have, unfortunately i am not able to provide extra. If you prefer, You can bring your own bedding and towels and save $25 on the cleaning fee. If you choose this option, i must know this a week prior to arrival. Thank you! Other things to note SMOKING/PET POLICY. ABSOLUTELY no smoking or VAPING WEED inside rental. If you choose to smoke outside, please keep cabin door closed and dispose cigarette butts in ashtray or trash bag. NOT IN YARD!! We allow ONE friendly, non disruptive dog with a $25 pet fee. Your pet cannot be left unattended in the rental unless crated. The pet fee is not implemented to clean up after your pet inside or outside the rental. If your dog sheds....we do supply a vacuum for you to clean up excess hair. Failure to comply with smoking/pet policy will result in the forfeiting of part or all of your security deposit. ****Bed Linens and towels**** You are welcome to bring your all of your own bed linens and towels to save $25 towards the cleaning fee. If you choose this option, I must know atleast one week prior to arrival. thank you! My husband and I are no longer capable of climbing the ladder and making the bed in the loft. If you prefer the king bed we will gladly supply you with the king bedding and you can make the bed on your own. We will also deduct $5 from the cleaning fee for the inconvenience. I must be notified of this atleast a week prior to arrival otherwise the double bed on the main level will be made for you. Thank you
