Washer/dryer is located on the top floor next to the primary bedroom (note laundry detergent not provided) Amenities: We provide linens, towels, toiletries, coffee, paper products, cleaning supplies Parking: * 3 off-street parking spaces are provided, please let us know if you have additional vehicles and we can direct you to the paid city parking garage located 1/2 block from the house. House Rules: *No parties *No smoking *No pets *Max occupancy 6 adults (total max occupancy with children under 16 is 8) Security: *Self check in with electronic locks and individual key codes *Exterior cameras only (driveway and front porch) Guest access Please note: This is our personal home, and there are 3 kitchen cabinets which remain locked with our personal items inside. We ask that you please respect our private space and do not attempt to open these areas (do not cut/remove zip ties - this will forfeit your security deposit, there is nothing exciting in there just some personal items we don’t want accidentally broken). There is plenty of space within the home to accommodate your belongings for the week. Other things to note ***There is an exterior security camera at the rear of property overlooking the driveway and a ring doorbell camera on the front porch, devices have ability to record. These cameras are used to monitor occupancy and noise. There are no interior cameras on the property.***
