 Our four bedroom, three bathroom condo is perfect for one or two families. The upscale condo has many upgrades including a Gourmet Kitchen filled with everything the family Chef will need. The gorgeous dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar, and the wonderful open floor plan allows you to stay connected with family while whipping up breakfast or dinner! The cozy living room is the perfect place to lounge after a day at the beach or at the pool. There is a queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating for the whole family to watch a movie, or cuddle by the fire during the cooler months! Guest access Secured lobby with elevator. Bayside bungalow will also send you a contract after booking to be returned and signed with a photo copy of your ID. *** Sheets & Linens are NOT included, they can be rented from A-Z Rentals in OCMD or brought. Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper plates, etc.) also are not included in your rental Guests MUST leave our bayside bungalow the way they found it.
