With 3 bedrooms there are 6 beds that easily sleeps 9 if people share king/queen beds and one futon sofa in den. Two renovated modern bathrooms. Basic essentials are provided, linens, blankets, towels, shampoo, soap, hair drier, etc. The living room has a large smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and games for adults and kids to play. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, crock pot, blender, posts/pans, utensils, microwave, toaster over, coffee maker, etc. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer provided. A beautifully bathroom on second floor and another full bathroom on first floor. All 3 bedrooms on the second floor have smart TVs. Towels and linens provided. Very safe and private off-street parking that can accommodate large vehicles, trailers and motor homes. The house is set far back from the street so people cannot see the house nor vehicles from the street as there is one acre of woods in front of the house. Guest access Guests rent out the entire carriage house and have it to themselves. Township quiet hours outside after 9PM. There is self-check in, and self-check out so you won't meet the host unless you cross paths on the driveway or while putting out the trash at the woodshed. The host lives in the main house and is available by phone and text to answer any questions. Plenty of parking for 5 cars in front of carriage house, if more parking is needed just let host know and arrangements can be made for additional private parking on the premises. Very secluded, safe private parking off the street and easy parking for large vehicles and trailers. Only a 5–10-minute drive to major towns such as Bryn Mawr, Wayne, Villanova, Haverford, Havertown, Newtown Square and only 5-minute drive to the highway 476. Other things to note Plenty of parking in private driveway that vehicles cannot be seen from the street. Can fit large vehicles, trailers, moving vans, etc. Downtown Philadelphia 35-minute drive. Philadelphia airport 25-minute drive. Towels, linens and basic toiletries are provided. No parties and no illegal drugs allowed on property. No smoking inside house, there is an outside porch with grills and table and chairs to relax on. One must climb steps to reach the carriage house and there are stairs to second floor bedroom and bathroom. No bedrooms on first floor. Not handicap accessible. There are 2 bathrooms one on each floor. The main house does get rented out as well so you might encounter or see other Airbnb guests in the driveway. Pet friendly, please clean up after your pet. When using grill please clean it afterwards as cleaning crew will not clean grill so be courteous to next guest.
