You will have a living area large enough for everyone to gather, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated game room that most rentals simply don't have. Living & Dining Open-concept living and dining with a large sectional, smart TV with streaming, and direct flow into the kitchen. Dining table seats 6, plus breakfast bar seating. Kitchen Fully stocked with granite countertops, modern appliances, coffee maker, and complete cookware and utensils. Everything you need for morning coffee, a full group dinner, or anything in between. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: King bed + bunk bed. Sleeps 4 | Smart TV | Blackout curtains Bedroom 2: Queen bed + bunk bed. Sleeps 4 | Smart TV | Blackout curtains Bedroom 3: Smart TV. Private entry, private exit, private parking. The upstairs unit is a separate rental and completely independent from your space. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following policies and potential additional fees. All charges are communicated upfront! No surprises at checkout. Optional Services (subject to availability): - Early check-in: $50 - Late check-out: $50 Guest & Stay Policies: - Additional guests: Our policy allows up to 8 guests at no additional charge. However, any guests exceeding this number will incur a fee of $15 per person per night.
