Parkside Condo 7 - Condo Conveniently Located Across from Joni`s Beach The space Welcome to Parkside Condo 7!  Conveniently located in Town across from Joni's Beach.  This multilevel condo features 2 Bedrooms with 2.5 Baths.  On the first level you will find the living area with a kitchen that opens to a great room concept with living and dining room,full bath opening to a screen porch overlooking the lake The second level has two bedrooms. One is a King Bed Master Suite with a third level Master Bath with large Jacuzzi. The second bedroom features a King Bed and Twin Trundle Bed (you must provide your own bedding for the trundle bed) with a private deck overlooking the lake. Items that you will need to bring:Food Beverages Condiments (including salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, oils etc. - WI Department of Health & Human Services requires all condiments must be removed after each rental) Additional towels for going to the beach (bath towels provided are for use inside the property not to be taken outside or to the beach) Town of La Pointe Permit # - C-2025-26 Amenities: Kitchen Basics - Dishes, Glassware, Utensils, Cutlery, Pots & Pans Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster & Coffee Maker Linens for each Bed (sofa-sleeper on first floor, guest must provide bedding) Bath Towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation Gas Grill that is shared with all units (if you use the gas grill, please clean it) Across the street at Joni's Beach are grilling platforms if you are planning on using the charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid).
