The cottage is 10 mins from Delphi Falls and 20 mins from Chittenango Falls. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom is an office with a twin size bed. The living room is a perfect place to warm up in the wintertime or enjoy the view in the summer. 4 wheel or all wheel drive is necessary to get up the driveway.
