The condo is a 4th floor (top floor) unit with approximately 900 square feet. From the balcony you have terrific views of sunrises, dolphins swimming, and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Space X and UAE launches are amazing and you really hear and FEEL the power of the rockets!! The complex is small, as there are only 132 units contained in 3 buildings. Enjoy the heated pool with cabana, tennis courts, shuffle board and club house with many social activities. It is ideal for those wishing to escape the cold of the north, but want to avoid the traffic and masses of south Florida. Titusville is on the east coast, 40 miles from Orlando. It's a short drive to secluded Playlinda Beach in Cape Canaveral National Seashore and Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge.
