Almita House Downtown Cat Spring

Historic Sears Catalog House fully restored in downtown Cat Spring. Originally delivered as a kit house, delivered by train to Cat Spring and built in 1926, the Almita house was fully restored in 2019. It has real hardwood floors and shiplap walls along with original wood windows along with the features of a modern kitchen with electric range and bathroom with tile floor. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and fenced yard excluding the stairs to the attic. Other things to note This is a fully restored historic home with modern features, it is not new construction.
