My cozy apt is in a great location: The Hollywood Walk of Fame is just 2 miles away! It's only a short 10-15 min drive away from West Hollywood (WeHo), 5 min to Koreatown (K-Town), 10 min to Downtown LA, 15 min to Silverlake and 20 min to Echo park (depending on traffic). Paramount Studios and Santa Monica Boulevard are just a few blocks away and within walking distance, as are other studios, restaurants, and unique shops. Universal Studios is a short 20 min drive away. Pavilions grocery store is .5 miles drive and has everything you need including Starbucks. There is also a small 24 hr convenience store within a very short walking distance. During the summer the famous Hollywood Bowl venue is a perfect place to catch your favorite bands, and The Wiltern, another hotspot and fantastic music venue is only a mile and a half away. Other must-see locations - just a short 10-15 min drive away - are The Grove shops, LACMA museum, and of course the luxurious Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. My home is truly located in the center of everything LA has to offer for both work and play. There are plenty of bus lines on the nearby Melrose Avenue. Uber and Lyft are super easy to access in Los Angeles and Hollywood is full of them! If you have a car, the expressways are easily accessible. Public transportation is easy and convenient. Just ask, and I'd be happy to send you the info you'd need. Amenities include a smart tv, with streaming services including Direct TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and HBO. Free off-street private parking for one vehicle. Additional street parking is available except from 7-9 am and 4-7 pm Mon-Fri. Weekends are free! Shampoo/conditioner, soap, hairdryer, towels, and blankets are all available for you to enjoy during your stay. This is a first-floor apartment with an upstairs unit above. Please note you may hear the guests upstairs on occasion as with any two story building. I ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum on the property, particularly during quiet hours (10PM - 9AM). This is a smoke-free apartment.
