This apartment has been freshly remodeled and expanded to 2 bedrooms (2 Queen beds) with the addition of a pull out sofa bed in the living room and 1 bathroom. Located in White Mountain ski country, this quaint, quiet ground level apartment (within a 4 story A-frame) has all the amenities for a cozy stay, including fully appointed kitchen. Your stay includes all linens and toiletries. We are a few miles from Plymouth and Plymouth State, and 25 minutes to major ski areas and Lakes region. The space Space has high ceilings giving it a loft-like feel, and plenty of large windows which face south for sun the entire day. Air conditioning is provided in the summer months. The bathroom has an open-concept shower. It boasts views of the rest of the quaint "gingerbread-style" homes and that sit on this property that was once a very popular motel destination. Pemigewassett River flows directly behind our property, which has a small secluded beach area for swimming and kayaking in the Summer months. There is access to the Blair Woodlands Nature Preserve adjacent to our property, which allows for a quick woods walk. One of the 54 registered historic NH covered bridges (Blair Bridge) is within walking distance, and there's a picturesque view of it from the river out back. Guest access This is a self-contained unit with a loft-like feel. Private entrance and private access to the Pemigewasset River with a quaint view of the Blair (covered) Bridge. Blair Woodlands Nature Preserve and Covered Bridge Farm Table restaurant (formerly, The Country Cow, featured on Food Network) are within walking distance. Other things to note A note about fire pit: please note, this fire pit is a large common area fire pit and may be occupied by other guests who share this community at the same time you are enjoying it. It is located away from the unit in the back part of the property (approximately 100yds away). If you have trouble locating it, please ask. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A PERMIT. It is the law.
