Other things to note * No smoking or vaping * The pool is not private, it is available to those in the community * Max occupancy is 15 guests * Primary guest must be at least 25 years old * Beach items such as towels, chairs and toys are provided as a convenience which will be inventoried after each stay. Please let us know if anything breaks or goes missing or it will be invoiced. * During the season the hot tub is serviced twice a week. Always on Saturday and one other mid week which isn't defined. If you have an issue with the service tech randomly coming during your stay, please let us know and we will cancel them. They do not enter the home but do come t the back of the home on the bottom level. * A starter pack of items for your stay will be at the house waiting for you. Enjoy your stay!
