The Turquoise Kitten is the studio casita attached to the garage for The Turquoise Cat, our main house situated on a large corner lot in a quiet area of Nob Hill. The space The cozy casita is our favorite, it has high ceilings and the door opens onto the yard. It is quiet and has a queen bed, two recliners, breakfast bar, tv tables, mid size fridge. Big Screen TV, Blackout curtains, nice shower, BBQ, alarm and ring doorbell. The private backyard is secure for dogs and there is a small covered patio. Guest access You enter the Turquoise Kitten by gate on right of garage into private backyard. Garage spaces have a door in between. So technically shared. Other things to note Please do not leave any valuables in your car, especially if you are parked on the street. It is a nice area but smash and grab and porch pirating seem to be a big pastime in ABQ right now.
