The Unit is on the Penthouse floor with breath taking views of the course and views of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The unit is so comfortable with large flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The Building is a quiet get away with very little traffic around the grounds, a great pool and is 30 minutes from the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach. There you will find great shopping, fantastic restaurants and a great night life of fun. Inverrary Country Club has two outstanding Robert Trent Jones, Sr. golf courses where the history and tradition of 15 PGA and LPGA tournaments live on! You can play our famous signature East Course, where champions like Jack Nicklaus, Johhny Miller, Lee Trevino, Tom Kite, Hale Irwin and Tom Weiskopf have walked and won! This is my private vacation home so everything is there to make you feel right at home day and night. Guest access You have access to the entire condo. There will NOT be anyone else there. Other things to note Note, Unit requires HOA approval. Early Termination after 90 days acceptable with 25% fee on remaining days.
