Skots West Villa is a very nicely renovated house. Pictures don't do justice to give the full feel of this home. This house listing is for the lower floor of a two-unit duplex. Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the zoo. Great living area and memory foam beds. The space Feel the comforts of home in our newly remodeled duplex. You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the utensils to cook a fabulous dinner. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed you won't want to get out of. The second bedroom features a cozy queen size bed. For a bigger group, we also have a comfortable sofa bed with a topper that you can relax on in our nicely renovated living room. Our place is also equipped with a smart tv that has Netflix, Hulu, free basic cable channels, and high-speed internet. We keep our home highly maintained and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use. Guest access We will provide you with a door code that you will be able to use throughout your stay to open and lock the doors. Laundry: Washer & dryer are in the basement, which is shared with the other half of the duplex. Other things to note To make sure our guests have a wonderful and enjoyable stay, we ask that our guests take their shoes off before entering. We also do not allow house parties to take place, and we ask to please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 pm.
