Enjoy relaxing on our large screen porch (35ft x 13 ft) overlooking Lake Norman. The screen porch has a dining table for 6 plus a couch, chairs, and coffee table. The home features an upgraded kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, large island with 3 bar stools. On the main level, you will find the Master Bedroom with a queen bed and Bedroom #2 with bunk beds. The basement features a large recreation room with a pool table, foosball table, TV, Kids' DVDs, movie theme posters & more. Bedroom #3 is located off of the rec room. No Pets, please don't ask. Bring your lake toys or rent a boat or jet ski from a local marina. We have a private pier and jet ski dock. The closest place to launch your boat is Hagers Creek Access Area. The address for the boat launch is 788 McKendree Rd off of Brawley School Rd. NO SMOKING and NO PETS NO PARTIES OR WEDDINGS Maximum of 7 people renting the house. MUST BE 30 Years or older to rent.
