Quiet neighborhood and FURRY FRIENDS ARE WELCOME FOR A FEE. The space Our home is a beautiful water front home with 5 large bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. We also have 3 spacious living areas that allow every member of the group ample room to relax and enjoy the serenity of the lake. The screened porches are a welcoming area to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening drinks and appetizers before dinner is served from the grill. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with deep water only minutes from Tugaloo State Park and Harbor Light Marina. So bring your boat or PWC, tie up at the dock and enjoy exploring the lake by water. (Boat slip is not available.) If relaxing on the dock or floating is more your style then know a sunset is in your future. Only 5 miles off I-85, our home is convenient and comfortable. You'll feel at home and your only wish will be to stay longer. And don't forget to bring your furry friends. We are pet friendly for fee. Dogs: We are dog friendly for a non-refundable $200 fee for up to 2 dogs. If you have more it can be allowed on a case by case situation. Please discuss with us. Golf: We are located within 30 minutes of several nice courses. Cateechee (Hartwell), Victoria Bryant State Park (Royston), Oconee Country Club (Seneca SC) and The Walker Course (Clemson ). Shopping: Tanger Outlet at Commerce. Hiking: There are incredible trails in the GA/SC/NC corridor with vast views and water fall views. You can choose easy to hard trails depending upon your fitness level. Coronavirus: Please be advised that we are doing our best to clean and disinfect prior to each guest arrival.
