The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a common area accessible via 3 steps from the driveway. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accessible via two flights of stairs. Guest access The guest have access to everything that is outlined in the listing. Ground level units are occupied and have separate entrances. Other things to note Please be advised that two units on the ground level of the property are occupied by long-term residents, while we also live on-site. We kindly request that you keep noise levels moderate to low, as sound can travel between floors. To our local guests, please note that our home is not suitable for parties. The laundry machines are available for your convenience, but please bring your own detergent as it is not provided. Please be aware that our home is not child-proof.
