As you enter from third floor (private) you gain access to the spacious master bedroom and grand room with full kitchen 1.5 bathrooms. As you enter from third floor (private) you gain access to the spacious master bedroom attached to a beautiful full bath feature a vessel sink on a crema Europa slab countertop. Off the bedroom are a stacked washer/dryer (private) and an office space. In walking down the main staircase to beautiful hardwood floors to the full-kitchen and open living room space with 30-foot ceilings. Natural light fills the living room, which features a fireplace mantel (flat screen TV) and 20 foot doors that open on to a balcony with an outside dinning table and chairs with views of Mount Tamalpais. Recessed lightings highlight the granite countertops in the kitchen (private) that has GE refrigerator, gas range, hood and dishwasher provide the necessary tools for the most decimating chef. Ideal space for any person or couple that enjoys the comforts of cooking but also likes the convenient of having many a restaurants just a short walk away. I do not provide coffee (have a coffee maker) and tea for the morning (everyone likes something different...) I can recommend several local cafes and restaurants nearby that you will love. I'm less than a 1 minute walk to Starbucks, 3 minutes to Whole Foods, and a short walking distance from dozens of fabulous restaurants and downtown shopping and the location is just a 35 minute jaunt from the best Napa Valley wineries. I prefer not to book 2-3 night reservations farther than one month in advance. If you need 4+ nights, you're welcome to submit reservations up to 2 months in advance. Please give me at least 48 hours in advance to book a reservation and get organized for you, I prefer not to book for one-night in order to eliminate high turn-over and traffic. The loft is not suitable for children. You'll have a private entrance way (4 digit code) to the entire loft, kitchen, bathrooms, deck. living area to yourself. Please text me for your personal entry code the day of your arrival, or just call me directly. Chances are I'll be at the loft or in town to let you in. I will be (from time-to-time) in a separate room (locked door) to my private office. Please just call me if you need any assistance. My unique loft space in Mill Valley is all yours, enjoy! Frederic's favorite eating spots for breakfast are The Kitchen Sunnyside downtown, The Mill Valley Coffee Shop on Miller (owners are Phil and Lorrane), or the Shoreline Coffee Shop (Tam Junction). For dinner or lunch you can walk to Taco Joe's or Tamalpie. I highly recommended going downtown Mill Valley to The Depot in the afternoon. Your can sit outside in the plaza and people watch with a beer or glass of wine. Starbucks is right next door to Safeway for a quick cup of coffee. Many restaurants locally have outside heaters.
