Large dining table faces the nature, exit to terrace with Gas/Charcoal Grills and a beautiful view of the nature. BASEMENT/GAME ROOM is unfinished and not furnished, but features a full size pool table and a spare table for any other activities. BACKYARD/DECK features 1 gas grill and 1 charcoal grill (mangal), fire-pit, picnic table, swing set/slide for kids and an 8 person hot tub. FRONT YARD easily fits up to 5 cars. Guest access Guests are welcome to use any part of the house, the garage is off limits. Do NOT park on the septic. Other things to note A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
